The Rivian Georgia headline most outlets will get wrong. Phase 1 capacity went UP, from 200K to 300K units. The DOE loan got right-sized to fit that phase, not cut. And Rivian draws on it earlier, by early 2027.

I think LA Silver days are numbed and will be replaced with Esker Silver. If you try to build an R1 with LA Silver, you get this message telling you that it may have "extended delivery timing". As a reminder, Rivian recently replaced El Cap Granite with Half Moon Grey.
