The Middle East is about to explode but meanwhile at this very moment oil is down about $4 / 4% a barrel. I’m starting to think the economics are all wishful thinking and removed from reality. It’s like money isn’t real anymore, the billionaires are just playing Monopoly with our lives.🤑
Suburbia is hopping this morning. House on my immediate right is putting in a new pool and house on my immediate right is putting on a new roof. Hopefully they stay well hydrated, 89' today and 97' tomorrow if they're still working.😩

I spent 2 hours in Akron once, all in the zoo. It's a really nice zoo. 😁 Congrats on being back at Kotaku, they're nice too. 👍 My brain is having a hard time melding Akron and Katuko though other than them both being nice.😂

Yeah, the just released football schedule has us signing up for a new paid service practically every month. 🤑 And for some reason my OTA antenna just stopped getting NBC, CBS and Fox. Hopefully I just need to adjust a few wires and the networks didn't cut it off.😝

I've used splitters and paperclips for about a decade now. 2, 4 and 5 w/ some ION and other stuff. Covers most NFL games which is all we really use it for, haven't watched network shows in years. I'm in Lindenhurst, about 38 miles from the city antenna.

So I emailed in a "snow day" to jury duty today after waking up to heavy snow and a covered road. There will probably be consequences but I wasn't adding to the 2 accidents Google Maps just posted on my way to the courthouse over an hour away. So be it. 😩
My 8" snowblower looking at our 12" of snow, after I shoveled 6" last night to make life easier this morning, to little avail. 🤪 If you listen closely to that second photo you can almost make out a faint whisper of defeat & despair. (Coming from me or the snowblower I'm not saying 🤣)
