Today marks the 15th anniversary of my liver transplant. I was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis in April 2010 and rapidly declined, being hospitalized in early May. My scars are a constant reminder of the extremely valuable gift that an anonymous donor gave to me.
And I'm back at the nude beach at Weaselhead, in Calgary. A much nicer day for it and the Hummingbird trail has dried out nicely. At about 18°C the nude hike was pleasant at a slower pace today. #naturism #nonsexualnudity #nakedinnature
Conditions were not ideal, with temperature varying from about 10 to 14° C. A thunderstorm had just passed through turning the clay of Humminbird trail to mud and there was still some light rain. But the hike kept me warm enough to make it to the beach.
