You are right. We lost our guy suddenly in March. I still miss him heaps…
My heart really feels for you… that bond between a really good dog and a person is hard to describe and a lot harder to get over… Although this guy is no longer in this world, he will forever exist while my heart beats. Not a day goes by without thinking of him, missing him!

Here is one, but you get the drift. He sent out a low sort of a rumble, which usually means “I need you for something.” When he really “looks” at you, he is trying to communicate, and when I ask him a question, his body reactions give the answer. He’s good like that. We understand each other. 😊🐶

Actually, believe it ornaments not it was the stepped nature of the water (and the colours in it!). That may be because I have been looking at snow and ice so much over the last few weeks… 😊 For example:
Wonderful shot…! And the choice of shutter speed is spot on… enough form in the water, but enough movement as well! On my cycle to work last Monday I was treated to a lovely sunrise. I could sort of feel it behind me, so when I got to an open area I took a couple of iPhone shots.

Particularly given the potential audience, I thought you might appreciate a screen shot from the Apple Podcast app when I did a search for “Goon Pod”… 😊 (With apologies to the Goon Show:) “Irony isn’t dead yet, it’s dead <BONG!!!!!> now…”
He is extremely proficient, but it is actually rare that I catch him red-handed (or red-pawed, or red-mouthed)… Just look at how much he has stretched up compared to his “normal” height when he stands down again… And sound on…!
The bad news is that I am at home with a virus. The good news is that I am also at home with a beagle!😊🐶
