MPD allowed masked goons to assault and terrorize the people they’re tasked with protecting. After the OMS drawdown, O’Hara stated that MPD did not witness a single instance where a law enforcement officer violated a law. The word “navigating” is doing some work here.

A day after Frey vetoed pre-eviction notice, two ICE vehicles are parked in MPD parking outside City Hall. My assumption would be that they’re here to meet with the mayor’s administration. We’re still under occupation.

Same thing happened to the northbound E Line, causing blocked traffic. In turn, that caused the southbound (my bus) to get stuck on a hill, spinning its tires.

Why in the world is Sheriff Witt, whose agency has been collaborating with ICE throughout the duration of Operation Metro Surge, featured on a panel of “key voices dedicated to . . . community resilience?”

Today at City Hall, an ICE agent parked in a no parking/accessible transfer spot. Around the block were two ICE agents, one parked in the MFD Chief’s spot and another in a sheriff’s spot. While ultimately inconsequential, a microcosm showing there’s no law too small for these turds to break.

I messaged @marabrust.bsky.social today to let her know that I had a package delivered and asked her to bring it in the house. She messaged me back that my birthday present from her and the kid was also delivered today. Anyway, Abolish ICE.

State of the world: non-Danish neighbors down the street are now flying the flag of Denmark in solidarity against our federal government as we suffer our own occupation at the hands of our federal government.

Neither Gov. Walz nor Mayor Frey are meeting the moment with their rhetoric, but congrats to Frey on saying “fuck” that one time. Our communities showed up to stand with council members calling on Walz to take actual action NOW with an eviction moratorium.

Seeing these posts next to Torres’s meaningless and performative proposal on the timeline shows just how ignorant and worthless all these elected Democrats are. Surely a QR code will stop this ghoulish behavior! The necessary proposal is two words long: Abolish ICE.

To borrow a phrase from my boss, so much of what’s going on in our city is vile, racist, and disgusting. But I’m grateful to be a part of this office and getting to see just how deeply CM Chavez cares about our communities and how much work he puts in to move us in the right direction.

When Frey says that he's going to veto the humane encampment response ordinance while maintaining his administration's encampment policies, that is him telling us that he's okay with this sort of thing. Same goes for the CMs that voted against the ordinance.
