Sherlock and I stop for a picture, with Owl’s Head Mountain in the background, during our visit to Quebec’s Eastern Townships. It really is some beautiful country up here. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶
In the mood for some short stories? If you liked the Twilight Zone or Black Mirror, you’ll love my short horror story collection, “Tales From The Parkland.” It includes my popular novella “Harmony.” www.amazon.com/Tales-Parkla...
Can you find Sherlock in this picture? He’s hiding somewhere in it. I don’t think he’s quite as good as Waldo at it, but he’s trying. 😀 🐶
I just watched the movie, Exit 8 which is about a guy trapped in an unsettling maze of underground subway corridors. It pleasantly surprised me. If you’re looking for an inventive, anxiety-inducing, and unsettlingly immersive movie to watch, with loads of existential dread, check this one out. 😀
What if you found yourself trapped in a town that shouldn’t exist? A town that harboured your every nightmare. What if you were to find your soulmate within its terrifying boundaries? What would you do if you found yourself in Cutter’s Deep? Available now on KU. www.amazon.com/CUTTERS-DEEP...
Sherlock and I enjoyed a visit to Quebec’s Eastern Townships. It was so stinking hot that day, Sherlock demanded to be carried after a long day of hiking. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶
“The Candy Witch” is waiting for you out in the dark. She has no mercy. She has no remorse. All she has is a burning need for vengeance and a handful of sweets. Lock your doors, lock your windows and always keep a light on because “The Candy Witch” is out there. (1/2)
Sherlock and I enjoyed a visit to Quebec’s Eastern Townships. Here we are enjoying a walk through a canopied lane. Not a great picture of us, but the scenery was worth the shot. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶
A big thank you to MK Schultz for having me as his bookish spotlight this month. You can check it out, as well as more about MK, here. www.mkschultz.com 😀
We’re wrapping up our weekend in Quebec’s Eastern Townships. Sherlock wanted to stop and take a last look around before we headed home. We did manage to get some nice pictures together, but this one was too good not to post. 🐶
It’s hard to believe that @michaelshotter.com and I have been doing our podcast for four years now. But guess what? We still have things to say. Why not check out our latest episode. 😀 YouTube youtu.be/aMiij3s7n2E?... Spotify open.spotify.com/episode/1vcs...
While my latest novel is being edited, why not check out what I’ve already got available, and while you’re at it find out some more about me. There’s lots of cool stuff including a free short story, a free audio story, and even a free short film. You can check it out here: 😀 www.ronaldmcgillvray.com
Sherlock and I enjoyed a visit to Dow's Lake. It’s a small man-made lake on the Rideau Canal, and right beside Little Italy. Everyone we passed wanted to meet Sherlock, me not so much. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶

Here’s Sherlock and I still enjoying a day visiting Ottawa’s Tulip Festival. Unfortunately, our personal photographer is still nursing her sprained ankle, so we haven’t strayed too far from home lately. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶
My short horror story collection “Tales From The Parkland” and my horror/dark fantasy/mystery “The Candy Witch” are now available as audiobooks. I would really like to thank, @seandrc.bsky.social, @veloxbooks.bsky.social, and @spokenrealms.com for bringing my books to life. (1/2)

Enter my nightmare world. Places where you’re trapped and surrounded by horrifying creatures beyond your imagination. Places where there’s literally no escape. Are you ready for “CUTTER’S DEEP” and “THE CANDY WITCH?” With an average 4.5 review rating on Goodreads.
Sherlock and I enjoyed a day visiting Ottawa’s Tulip Festival. We met lots of friendly dogs and their humans, and a good time was had by all. We were surprised by how many people there were. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶
As an Indie Author, I’m humbled and proud that my books have been read in 15 different countries. Never could I have imagined that would happen when I started out. Thanks to everyone who’s taken a chance on me, (1/2)
This was supposed to be a Sherlock and Ronald adventure post, but, Sherlock decided to skip the concert because of his sensitive ears. I however had a great time. It was great to get out and have some fun after a couple of tough weeks. 😀🤘
Spring has sprung, and the snow is finally all gone. Sherlock and I have started to venture out for longer and more adventurous walks, soaking up some much depleted vitamin D. Hope you all survived the winter. 😀
Winter is finally over and the weather’s getting nicer. Soon, Sherlock and I will venture out again, seeking new adventures and interesting places to visit. Keep an eye out. And yes, I’m still working hard on the first rewrite of my new novel. Have a great weekend. 😀
Writing is not for the faint of heart, especially during the rewrite phase. I thought I was going to pitch my novel out the window when I saw my error. Perseverance won out in the end though and I’m back on track. To all my fellow writer friends, hang in there, you’ve got this. 😀
