The mature N-terminus is E24, with no N-acetylation. UniProt wishes it were T30, while Gemini really spins a tale to support Q22 as the N-terminal residue. Except residue 22 is an L, not a Q, and the rest of the sequences it uses aren't from EUG1:p.
The mature N-terminus is Q23 after the removal of an ER signal peptide, which is not acetylated but which spontaneously becomes blocked anyway (pyroglutamic acid). UniProt prefers P29 (although it may hedges on Q23 in a quiet voice, depending on how you want to read the PDI1 entry).
The experimentally determined mature N-terminus of HSP60:p is S22, without N-acetylation. UniProt gets it wrong, but Gemini gets it right or wrong, depending on how you ask the question.
The sequence looses its mitochondrial transit peptide, resulting in F27 becoming the N-terminus, far from the evil magics of any N-acetyltransferase. UniProt & Gemini both get this one wrong.
