My Hungarian dad would be celebrating right now. I am so grateful that I payed attention to my parents & grandma cause I cook Hungarian on the regular. That is a dedicated Palacsinta pan that I paid a small fortune for, but so worth it.

Well, the Winter Olympics are over for this year. I enjoyed them. But what really makes it so much more fun is the commentary by Tara Lipinski & Johnny Weir. For me, Johnny’s facts & explanations just enhance the viewing experience 10 fold. Brava to them both!
