God Jul / Merry Christmas to all the good folk I know in this lovely place.
I use runkeeper. Their training programmes are very good. Did this last Sunday. Keep going mate. I also couldn’t run for 5 minutes 3 years ago.
Lovely meal out at the fabulous Cafe Duval Stockholm with my wonderful wife and best friend Ali. 21 years anniversary and still as in love as the first month 🙂
