Organized my lil tool drawers.

A picture of my set of plastic drawers, 5 tall and 6 wide. They are filled with miscellaneous items and tools, all unlabeled. The drawers are cute though.

Another picture of my set of 30 drawers, now with masking tape labels on the ones with stuff in them. All of this was to find the two tools in the drawer marked Cabling Tools. The drawers are much cuter like this.

I interrupted a secret meeting

A picture of Rosa the bunny and Squid the bichon frise sniffing each other closely. Rosa has her ears folded back so she can get in closer, squid is also leaning in. All that is visible of Rosa is her round body and half of her ears. Rosa feels pretty invincible to creatures that are outside her pen. Squid and Rosa are cute.

I was inside her pen, about to give her banana, so she was wary of me. Squid nonchalantly leaned back into his sitting position, as if no information were being exchanged. These two creatures were acting suspicious but they are still cute.

I did a stress test this morning in 3dmark, got an achievement

Last night I met a guy who did a straight trade with me, my 7900xt for his 7900xt. He needed a smaller gpu for a small form factor build, this asus tuf card is worth more than my hellhound and is 2 years newer. It turns out that my psu totally can do three pcie eight pin connectors.

So cool that I got an achievement for finishing a 20 minute 3dmark stress test without going over 65 degrees Celsius. The card is very large and heavy and is quite handsome.

A picture of my new graphics card installed inside the case. It only took a minute for my pc to automatically recognize ‘yup it’s the same gpu’ and make no changes to its settings. Extremely plug and play. There is a third pcie power connector discreetly plugged in to the left of the white dual 8pin cable. I think I have enough supplies to make another 8 pin cable. The graphics card even looks big in my case, which is itself very large.

Frida bit the shit outta my hand, did some alligator rolls. Who taught her to do that? I was trying to get some stuck shed off of her foot. She doesn’t like that.

Phone licker coming in for a lick

A picture of Frida the leopard gecko standing on one of her hides in her habitat. She is looking inquisitively at my phone and hand, which is close to her for some pictures. She has a bit of stuck shed on her front feet I need to get off. Frida the gecko is cute.

Her pupil is visible, a jet black vertical stripe surrounded by the black iris. Normally her pupil is very hard to see. Frida is coming in to lick my phone, it’s how she smells things. Just like a snake. She is still cute though.

The needy one

Animal planet!

A picture of Frida the leopard gecko eating a fairly large Dubia roach. She has one foot on the edge of her water dish, she lunged at the roach when I held it in front of her with tweezers. The roach is mostly hanging out of her mouth, usually she eats very quickly but this is a big bug. Frida the gecko is cute.

accidentally heated it for 17 minutes instead of 10. temps are lower than peak with the stock paste and pads already :o

a screenshot of a furmark test result. it has a lot of words and numbers. to summarize, my temperatures peaked 4 degrees below stock, and the difference between the hotspot and gpu is only 15 degrees. it was around 22-25 degrees apart before. the test was accidentally 17 minutes long oopsie. no harm done at all though

Seed planted. Using my old lamp, but I’ll upgrade once we are out of seedling stage

It fits over every growing receptacle I’ve ever used and maintains humidity for the seedlings. It was also extremely low cost. The best kind of cost :)

Saw them again

After four failed seeds, I got three free autoflower seeds from a coworker. I’m going to get a more powerful lamp too, so they don’t take months to grow.
