Hi Mark Thought you might like to see the third and fourth regenerations of my rosemary plant, descended from my 2000 Ordination gift from you. The third generation is a bit leggy & time-worn, the new shoot has long roots, just potted out today. Often knocked over, but cut and come again.
A lovely morning with @iantattum.bsky.social in Holmes for Gardens, a local garden centre and RHS affiliate. Ian was looking for colour, and butterflies and brought his own to match.
It’s breakfast o’clock for Ian Tattum who’s melting into the jungle wallpaper.
Hats say it all! @iantattum.bsky.social from 2023, Berwick upon Tweed Cinema and Arts Centre.
I often turn to Taize prayers and reflections at the start of the day. I found this prayer very helpful this morning, and prayed for all in the midst of the attack on Iran, for all living in the face of fear of death and injury and all impacted by what follows today. www.taize.fr/en/prayer-an...
A day trip to Lulworth Cove, and the sun came out. I spent a moment looking down at Stair Hole as a couple waves crushed their way through the rocks.
Magnificent to be able to step out into the sunshine and fresh air after a couple of weeks mostly inside resting. Eyes full of blue sky, sunshine, crashing sea and windswept trees.
If you need some morning sea, blue skies and the gentle swish of waves on to the shore this is for you. A moment of peace after the storm and rain have swept through.
I found a gap in the rain to go down to the sea. Long time no see & well worth the bluster!
I particularly enjoyed the summary of my vocabulary: fits with my purpose of being online and engaging positively, even when things are challenging.
Wishing you a very Happy Christmas from Swange, Dorset. Just back from Midnight Mass on a windy starlit night when the sea is spraying up foam onto the road and the gusts of wind are fiercely cold.
Thank you Julian. Happy Christmas to you and Julia and very best wishes for 2026. The closest we get to snow and bears at the moment is adrift in The Blue Pool …
Rather fun down the Prom this morning - a fine kinetic post-storm sea. Sorry about the wind.
An every weather moment at the beach - sunshine, light rain, clouds and blue sky. No rainbow in sight. Time to soak up winter sun & sea
