Well..as of yesterday, my first foster..Holly Noel..a 4 year old breeder mom from an Amish farm in the Southern Tier, became my foster fail..she is officially adopted as of yesterday..meet Holly Noel Summerville..our much loved furkid..welcome to our family..you are loved much!
Well it's been a little more than 2 weeks since I met the transport & picked up my foster who I named Holly Noel. Amish surrender..5 years old..and very unsettled coming from a farm to a city home. Every day gets better..still anxious..but how she loves sleeping on our bed. Progress..

My beautiful Sadie Sunshine is resting comfortably at home..the happy home she longed for throughout her breeding years..her wondering time..her rescue time. Life isn't fair sometimes..she deserves so much more time with me..it's only 11 months..but God needs his angel back very soon. 💔

From Sadie Sunshine and myself..good morning Bluesky family. Her little heart on her nose reminds me..& I really believe this..that my beloved furgirl, Miss Penny Lois Lane who crossed the Rainbow bridge in 2023, guided Sadie to our home. New lease on life for the both of us..enjoy the moments!

Sadie Sunshine loves her walks down McKinley Parkway in South Buffalo. The first 2 months after her adoption, she was scared of all the traffic noises..especially motorcycles & emergency vehicles..now she's a pro to urban walking. As long as it's ice free..we try to get in a couple walks a day.
