This document (from www.nmra.org/sites/defaul... ) shows how one with no electrical knowledge may choose to wire interior lights. I intend to use LED bulb "filament" to more evenly light the cars. These call for 3 volts.

My favorite locomotive is the JGR cass 8620. My favorite electric locomotive is the ef66 and my favorite diesel locomotive is the gp30 (no hat trick). I am also generally quite fond of mikados.
