Today, a human wart messaged my gorgeous (inside and out) Norwegian s-i-l on IG to tell her she’s “ug leeee.” Ladies and gents, Brian Peter Barton.

This random bloated asshat, a man, because who else, probably early 60s, messaged my sister-in-law on IG to bully her today. He needs to moisturize his flaky gob (skip the thin lips because they are invisible), a trim for his pube-y fringe, and some primer on his bald noggin. He’s called Brian Peter Barton, and he looks like he’s hiding some pizza pockets in his cheeks, probably made by his mum in the toaster oven upstairs.

I also found this window card from a seven years ago. Cillian Murphy blew my hair back in this. It was so, so brilliant, adapted by Enda Walsh, from Max Porter’s beautiful book. I went twice, back-to-back nights. I still give Max whiskey and Pez dispensers when I see him.

And now the US and Israel have acted without engaging the UN or consulting with allies, including Canada. So where to from here? With a rapidly spreading conflict and growing threats to civilian life, Canada reaffirms that international law binds all belligerents. We condemn the strikes carried out by Iran on civilians and civilian infrastructure across the Middle East. We implore all parties, including the US and Israel, to respect the rules of international engagement.
