I know I haven’t been too talkative the last couple days. I’m leaving tomorrow for my beach trip, and tbh I’ve just already been mentally out of it. I’m just taking a 2 hour trip to a beach for the night, but I haven’t gone anywhere in a few years now. I just want to go lol. Twix for cuteness.
I’m starting to think I shouldn’t have started DS2 yet. Every time I replay either game I can’t put it down 😅 I’m at Chapter 6 right now. This is only my second playthrough of 2 so I’m relearning some things as I go. I only need 20 trophies, but it will still take a while to get them.
I finally completed the Main Story in Black Flag Resynched. I thought this was a very good remake. The story is still great, the whole game is fucking beautiful, naval combat is a blast, etc. I personally like the combat. It’s a little different, but it still feels awesome to me. I love it.
I’m at 35 hours and roughly 50% through the story in Black Flag Resynched. I’ve just been taking my time, doing whatever I feel like doing at the time. I probably will start working through the second half of the story now though so I can save some stuff for afterwards. Loving the game though.
This morning I finished DOOM TDA’s new Revelations dlc! The big secret Astral Boss to me was slightly disappointing but it still a decent fight. The two story bosses were much better imo. Other than that though I thought this was a GREAT dlc. Just solidifies TDA as my favorite modern DOOM game.

Also here’s another clip of some Berserk gameplay. The new gameplay in this dlc definitely feels like they were showing Doomguy’s progression towards the version we see in Eternal, but for me personally it didn’t ruin the gameplay that I love from the base game.
Last night I completed the story in DOOM TDA’s new Revelations dlc. AWESOME dlc. This was so much better than Eternal’s TAG1 and TAG2. It had a solid story like the base game, but the gameplay with the new spear was what really stuck with me. Ready for the endgame content now!!
So far my only gripe with the dlc is some fights can be pretty hard. For me the main reason is the fact that they reset your health, armor, and ammo upgrades, but you still fight the hardest demons, and sometimes multiple mini bosses. Story wise, it makes sense. But it makes fights harder. 1/2.
Finally finished my replay of Black Flag and ready for Resynched. Back to TDA’s new dlc until then!
When I heard some people saying the gameplay in the new DOOM dlc was looking like Eternal I got kinda nervous, but it is SO MUCH FUN. I just really need to get used to the spear. I keep trying to block, and for some reason the fact that it’s a spear instead of a shield messes up my parries 😭
It’s 10 am. The dlc for DOOM: The Dark Ages is finally here, and I have the whole day ahead of me 😌
I think I’ll end up playing Black Flag all the way through lol. I’m almost done with Sequence 3 and I am having a lot of fun. This is only my second time playing this, and I feel like I’m enjoying it even more than my first time.
I’ve been trying to focus on Lego Hobbit but I just can’t lol. Lego Pirates of the Caribbean left me in a pirate mood, so I’m gonna play some Black Flag. I’ll probably just play it to get it out of my system. Maybe I’ll end up playing the whole game, maybe it’ll last a few hours. We’ll see.
I’ve been in a big Lego mood for some reason lately. Now playing Lego Hobbit and having a great time. I really wish I had a way to play Lego LOTR as well. I haven’t played it in years and I miss it so much lol. Two of my favorite Lego games.
Platinum #121: Lego Pirates of the Caribbean. I played this once as a kid, but I only remembered not really liking it lol. I saw it while browsing PS Plus and something made me play it. I can now say I don’t know what kid me was thinking, because I had a blast playing this. Top 5 Lego game for me.
Just completed a playthrough of Dredge. I stayed up until 3 am last night playing it because I just couldn’t put it down lol. It’s so much fun.
Can’t believe I almost missed this but Happy Anniversary to Death Stranding 2!
Earlier I finished the story in Toem, and I just finished the Basto dlc! I’ve had a great time with the game. Gonna spend the rest of the night finishing the main game now 😁
Platinum #117: Goat Simulator Remastered. I had fun with the game but I didn’t love the way they did the platinum. They made all of the dlc part of the platinum so it cut down on the activity related trophies, which is the fun stuff. Despite that I loved this game as a kid and I still love it now!
I’ve finished all of the DLCs in Goat Simulator. I wanted to save the two base game maps for last (Goatville & Goat City Bay) because they’re my favorite parts. I’ve been having fun so far. The collectibles in this game don’t feel anywhere near as boring as they do in GS3.
I haven’t been posting too much the last few days. It’s partly because I feel like I don’t really have anything interesting to post about, but also partly because I’ve just been feeling kinda weird lately. I’m getting better though. Anyways I’m playing Portal in Goat Sim with my companion cow 😃
