I’ve given myself a kick up the arse and finally got back into swimming. Question for any swimmers though, have you got any recommendations for goggles? My old ones are knackered now

They absolutely need to sort the comms out. And all of these things sound great, but if people don’t feel it then it’s worthless. NHS waiting time might be down, but if what the guardian is saying here is true then people are rightly gonna continue to be annoyed.

Hips have been giving me a lot of grief lately so haven’t been on a run for about 3 weeks. So pretty happy I actually managed 5k. Even with the pollen trying to get me 🤧
