Yes, a number is a number. But I haven’t been below 200 lbs since 8th grade. I’m just so grateful for my body that has endured what I’ve put it through. And I’m thankful after 30 something years, I finally figured it out. My 30s have been my best era, and I’m really proud of this progress.
