One of my pet peeves is when people assume that every person who received a late autism and/or ADHD diagnosis was a gifted kid. Experience some had, but not all of us.

Seeing the neurodiversity symbol made out of puzzle pieces is wild. Something I’ve come across more than once this neurodiversity celebration week for the first time!

Something that annoys me a lot is that there is always money for eugenic-inspired studies, but hardly anything that goes towards improving the lives of autistic people.
Did you know that you can still support authors by taking out our books from your local library? In the UK and some other countries, authors get a modest payment every time our books are borrowed from public libraries. Anyway, here’s me supporting myself by doing that 🤣
I didn’t need any further confirmation I’m a crazy cat lady, but the supermarket did an unwrapped of my 2025 spending which included this. I wasn’t in the top 1% for anything else 🤣
