Music is definitely how the fae capture me. Waiting a bit for my connecting flight in Minneapolis and couldn’t help but stop to hear this wonderful musician, David Billingsley, play. So I guess I’m happily sat for a while. billingsleymusic.com/event/665171...
Something shiny happened today! I met this man with a hat that made him look kinda cunning. Kaylee and Jayne ran into each other at Lilac City Comicon by the Pop Art Saints booth!
There’s so much awesome theatre stuff happening around Spokane in June! One of them includes a wonderful surprise. A short play I wrote called “One Swear Short” was accepted to the Civic Playwrights Festival to debut June 19. spokanecivictheatre.com/playwrights-...
She was distressed. Nope, that’s just my husband and we went on parallel side quests. You don’t have to wrest it away from me, it’s going into the binder of holding with its new buddies.
Crying during my drive into work yet again. My good boi is reaching the end and we’re doing the best by him that we can. A few weeks ago, Greg got a present from his dad putting Io’s mug on a mug.
Look, once a castmate pointed it out, I also can’t unsee it. Apparently I accidentally dressed as Hunter S. Thompson for tonight’s show. Oops!
I finally received my crow tarot deck today and managed to intrigue my husband with it, too. The first vendor I tried to buy it from never sent it or reimbursed me. The second vendor was ThriftBooks. I love birds, and my deck is beautiful and I love it.
Happy Thanksgiving, y’all!!! Behold my talented husband’s well-engineered salmon car with an environment that I created.
If you like baseball and magic, the book Summerland is freaking awesome and captures the joy of baseball and magic in a universe where those are synonymous things.
No big deal, checking out art in Auburn, NY and getting our marriage license.
Flashback to exploring sunflower fields in 2020 before we moved out west.
She made a point of saying he’s a celebrity with them and he entertains them with his prancing dance moves. Proud to be part of the pup’s life. Here’s a recent video of him ringing a bell to go out with attitude.
So funny story, I sliced my finger open trying to slice a lovely, but rather immovable block of cheese and hours later, hey presto, I have seven stitches! Greg’s a lovely fella to have by my side in a pinch. We were livening up the urgent care with jokes.
We didn’t make it in time for the picture because of tech rehearsal, but we got to walk with our thespians crew!
They said it was Princess/Prince night at the Indians game, so I talked Greg into dressing up as Prince in the truest sense of the word. I pulled together a last-minute approximation of Belle.
Kipperlily CopperKettle is the absolute worst. This joke, however, is the worst.
