Walking home from work yesterday I left the trail after an encounter with a man who got off his bike, held his back with his hands as if injured, waved me to stop walking, and asked the time. I kept walking and shared the time on my way by. Looking back and front realizing we were alone

I spent the weekend off grid, unplugged, and analog. Read a book start to finish, added some words to a ms and came back home. The digital detox was needed. I’m more aware now of my energy usage, waste I produce, water I use. conserve, recycle, small footprint mindset.
