Number 2. Rhubarb-strawberry cookies. Verdict: pretty good. A standard chocolate chip recipe, but instead of the chocolate chips, macerated rhubarb chunks and blobs of rhubarb-strawberry jam.

Joking aside, this looks incredibly good? It adds appropriate density while still foregrounding historic existing architecture. This is what some of the best blocks of Vancouver's West End look like, and I honestly can't imagine a better mix of styles, sizes, and eras of building.
