Oh dear, @lewisgoodall.com of @thenewsagents.co.uk is quoting Dr Vinay Prasad. A dr in the NR piece said “What also worries me a great deal is his attitude toward patients and vulnerable populations; he has made multiple disparaging remarks toward patients with chronic illness.”

Perhaps I am missing something here but once govt has decided to cut health investment, surely *someone* is going to deliver that, whether it is another part of the state or pvt providers? Or is the idea that pvt sector hike prices and deliver less healthcare whilst maintaining investment?
Our Bao was also a feral street cat. He started hanging around here when my mother in law lived here. She was recently widowed and Bao very much saved her. When my MIL moved back to Sri Lanka we got flat and cat.
