we looked for a Ben and Jerrys icecream shop, but it may have already closed for the festivities from earlier, so we headed back to where we parked a couple blocks away. we got some seafood as the sky got dark and then headed back home~ 🏡🚗🦇

we headed back into town not long after. the lights of Tybee were gorgeous at night and really gave that beach city feeling~

was getting a bit emotional as its been so long since ive felt the ocean. bat was very very happy~🥰🏖️🦇

we headed down to the beach and i couldn’t help but be a little silly here. should i flag this as nudity?~ ;3c

moving to the end of the Pier. ive missed seeing the ocean snd couldn’t have asked for a better day to do so~

we finally made it to the Pier and the ocean sights were gorgeous with the setting sun. perfect weather to enjoy the beach. locals were fishing and using metal detectors along the shore~

we had accidentally stumbled upon Tybee Islands 39th annual Beach Bum Parade, “the south’s biggest water fight”. lots of super soakers, and even containers full of water to get dunked by if you were too slow. we didnt make it pass without getting sprayed a few times, the water was very cold~

next stop was Tybee Island, about a half hour east of Savannah. i wanted to see the ocean again as i havent been in years. when we got to the main Island all roads were blocked off. had to drive a ways to park and adventured out to see what was going on, while getting sprayed with water by locals~

walking under big trees like these reminds me so much of New Orleans. it was a beautiful day with pleasant temperatures~

walked to Forsyth Park and checked out the stage. was not busy for a friday afternoon. we saw families with students celebrating and im thinking SCAD had some graduation ceremonies

im adventuring after #FWA26 and on a little roadtrip in the southeast. i took some fuzzy frens to Savannah, GA where I went to college at SCAD several years ago. i love recording vhs quality home videos. here’s what bat did yesterday i love the old architecture in Savannah. lots of beautiful homes~
