Evil Dead Burn was OK. As a huge fan of the series, I felt this plot and set of characters were the weakest yet. It featured some amazing scenes and shots (particularly the single shots). But overall it’s still my least favorite of the modern ones. Evil Dead 2013 is still the king.
Booted up Destiny 1 for old times sake. While I was never a Destiny die-hard, it’s truly a shame to think we may never see Bungie create a new world to this extent again. I adore Marathon and hope it’s here for a long time, but the future of Bungie is grim. They were one of the best to ever do it.

For Father’s Day my stepdaughter got me this amazing LEGO Art set. I love Japanese art and culture so this one really jumped out to me. Finished it last night and can’t wait to hang it up. 🌸

I love Beef Wellington but it’s very hard to find a place that does it well. For Father’s Day my wife attempted it for the first time and they came out great! 👏🏻🍻
I reviewed Witchfire in Early Access over 2 years ago and I was already thoroughly impressed. Since then @theastronauts.bsky.social have continued to build and expand the game. It's at 0.9 now with 1.0 targeting late this year. I cannot recommend it enough. Give it a look!

Very sad about the reported news on Compulsion Games. I loved South of Midnight (and enjoyed We Happy Few too), and I like to believe there's space for that type of creativity under major umbrellas. But, similar to Sony shuttering PixelOpus, often the corporate structure doesn't allow for it.
