Secular Coalition for America
@secularcoalition
The Secular Coalition for America is a dedicated lobbying whose mission is to advocate for the equal rights of nonreligious Americans and defend the separation of religion and government.
Reason belongs on Capitol Hill. The third annual Congressional Reason Reception celebrated the growing Congressional Freethought Caucus and the fight to protect church-state separation and religious freedom for all.
Religious retention measures how many people stay with the religion they were raised in throughout their lives. Nonreligious Americans have a retention rate of 84%, the highest of any group.
Over the weekend, SCA joined secular activists at America Beyond 250 to stand up against organizations like Freedom 250 that promote a harmful religious narrative of our country. Our goal? To advance a vision of a more inclusive and democratic future in the face of white Christian nationalism
Secular Coalition for America, @ffrf.org, @faithfulamerica.bsky.social, and @interfaithalliance.org peacefully protested the government-funded Christian nationalist "Rededicate America" this Sunday The day was filled with support from fellow advocates committed to fighting for our secular democracy
