Stacey Bastian is the truest of public servants and the pride of Rio Linda. She shows up for everyone - consistently. I’ve seen her fight for parks and lights and schools and traffic safety…you name it. She epitomizes what it means to be a dedicated elected official.
It was an extraordinary honor to administer the Oath of Office to Sacramento County’s newest School Board Trustee, Dominique Donette. She's a former foster youth from Oak Park who would graduate from Harvard, travel the world, and come home to serve. So much ahead for this talented new leader.
Emmanuel Amanfor took his seat at the dais of the Twin Rivers USD today. What a wonderful advocate he will be for this region. I was honored to help him take his first elected official Oath of Office. We are fortunate to have him and his family in the greater Sacramento community.
