Remarkable that we give more of a shit about a person *saying* "death to the IDF" than we do about the IDF *actually killing* vast numbers of civilians every single day.

This is so far from the point. We use words to describe things based on what they are. If we start debating whether we should call things what they are or not, depending on how the public will react, then you are no longer reporting the news – you are in the business of censorship and propaganda.
