A wildfire hazy night of Japanese Breakfast and Death Cab for Cutie at the Mann Center in Philly.

From the grassy seats, a picture of the big screen on the pavilion and much farther away the stage where Japanese Breakfast is performing. Wildfire smoke doesn't come through very well in the photo but my eyes are stinging just a bit and I have a mask on.

Cornbread dressing. Second booboo of the day was I forgot to sauté the garlic with the mushrooms and leeks. I put a few cloves in the top of the dressing while it baked to maybe add some garlicky essence. 🤷‍♀️ I removed them before serving bc no one needs to bite into a cloves of garlic.

Pan of cornbread dressing with carrots, leeks, sage, mushrooms, rosemary. Yes, there are cloves of garlic on the top (because I forgot to crush them and add when I sautéed the mushrooms, carrots, leaks). But, I removed them before serving.
