Tonight! A free concert at the Gaithersburg Concert Pavilion (31 South Summit Ave) from 6:30 to 8 pm. The weather looks to be absolutely SPECTACULAR! Swing, jazz, and klezmer. Food truck, beer, wine sales on-site! Bring a chair or a blanket.
Alas! Tonight's concert had been canceled due to the double whammy of extreme heat and wildfire smoke! We're working on rescheduling (perhaps at an indoor venue in the neighborhood) for this winter.

Thursday evening! A FREE concert with The Natty Beaux at Glen Echo Park. 7:30 to 8:30 pm in the fully-covered Bumper Car Pavilion, so it's a rain or shine event! Plenty of parking, places to sit, and room to dance! Jump blues & swing, with yours truly on sax.
Tomorrow (Saturday)! I get to play with the Girls From Mars, a swing band from the Philly area! Another Gottaswing dance at Glen Echo Park. The band plays 9 to 11:30 pm, but there's an intro dance lesson at 8 pm included. Save $10 and get your tickets BEFORE noon tomorrow!
