Thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of 1687 Market Street, known as the Artist Hub on Market! Artists Hub on Market will provide 94 affordable homes for working artists, arts administrators, and their families. The lower four floors will be dedicated entirely to the arts.

The Kelsey Civic Center also features two full-time “Inclusion Concierges” dedicated to building community, navigating local services, and ensuring every resident has the support they need to thrive.

The project goes far beyond standard accessibility, utilizing comprehensive Inclusive Design Standards. Every corner of the building is crafted for cross-disability inclusion, featuring sensory mapping, tactile elements, hands-free elevator controls, and low-chemical finishes.

Located right across from City Hall, this innovative 112-unit development was co-developed by Mercy Housing California and The Kelsey to pioneer a “disability-forward” housing model where people with and without disabilities live, work, and thrive together.

Located in the Outer Sunset, this all-electric, sustainable development is the city’s first project specifically prioritized for educators and school district employees, targeting the "missing middle" households earning between 40% and 120% of the Area Median Income.

More than just a roof, 1064 Mission is a vibrant community service hub, housing the Maria X Martinez Health Resource Center, a culinary job training academy, vital on-site and in-home care for some of the City's most in-need residents, and so much more.
