When people think of rosemary, they usually associate it with chicken. Did you know that it's also medicinal? Rosemary has antioxidant properties that protect the brain and blood vessels. Also, it improves circulation to the brain. Easy to grow and a handful of sprigs make a mild tasting tea.

With the rising costs of health care, we should be thinking about prevention. Nature provides us with many healthy choices. Did you know that parsley is a medicinal herb? It's high in iron, beta-carotene, and chlorophyll. It helps with immunity and aids the bladder and kidneys.
