This is probably going to come as a surprise to this driver. Despite me being 6'2, and carrying a bit of holiday weight, she still didn't have a clue that I was stood right next to her car, even as she sped off before checking it was safe to do so.

Tell me again about why cyclists should be forced to use "cycle lanes". 16 cars parked in a very short stretch of cycle lane. A cycle lane that was installed to encourage the local kids to bike to the nearby schools. All but 1 of those cars parked outside a driveway with space for them.
"Son. I'm just going to play on my phone whilst driving you home. Let me know if any vigilante cyclists come along."
This is going to take some getting used to, after driving a now 28 year old diesel van for the last 12+ years. Just need to figure out my commuting routine, incorporating getting all my clothes to work for the week and charging the car and fetching the shopping on Fridays 🤔
According to West Yorkshire Police this is a perfectly acceptable standard of driving fromm the driver / owner of this Ford Ecosport (reg: YG64 MTY). The Grey Honda wasn't much better either.

I was bored earlier, so turned the (t)rusty old van into a Transformer, because why not. I'm really going to miss this van 😢 I was thinking last night I should just throw some money at it and get the body panels sorted, or learn to weld better! 😂
