When crawling under the front door, she had originally planned on trying to get Hazel's attention, because the tiny woman figured that she would most empathize with her current situation. Unfortunately, while walking toward their living room, she saw Autumn pacing around, clearly already annoyed by Nesi's own tardiness.

"She should be here by now..."

Her voice boomed and echoed around the bug-sized gal, and she had no time to react before a sole bigger than a building crashed down right on top of her. She was smothered under her full weight for just a moment, but that was all it took to leave her totally plastered to the slightly dusty and warm wall of skin.

That was where Nesi remained, hopelessly stuck to the mature woman's sole, all the way until Autumn decided to slip into her sandals. The shrunken woman was dislodged, only to land directly in front of a set of five long and incredibly intimidating toes. And while she struggled to get back up, she could just barely see Autumn's frustrated expression far off in the distance.

"I swear Nesi is always late. What's taking her so long, Hazel?"

Autumn's voice cut through the air once again, making Nesi feel a twinge of fear for if she was actually found.

"I don't know! She's not answering my texts..."

Nesi wished that her phone got a signal when shrinking, but even if it did, communicating with Hazel would be an extreme challenge while she remained on her sandal.

"Well she's gonna get a piece of my mind if she ever decides to show up!"

The tiny woman could only weigh her options, wondering if remaining unnoticed and toyed with by Autumn unknowingly would be better than whatever she'd do if she found her like this. No doubt the older woman would assume she did this on purpose.

But, this was only the start of what would be an extremely long day for Nesi Kher...
