Happy to introduce a new oc of mine: Muirne (Moor-nah) Lamport!🏴‍☠️ She's an onchu/enfield, an Irish hybrid creature that's a mix of fox, wolf, and eagle. I could see her working nicely in a DnD campaign, or just fun art in general!

The last scene hints that Tobias turns his life around after that and lives on as the good man his friend knows him to be. I loved it. It really tugs the heartstrings and reminds me of the bittersweet episodes of the Twilight Zone (like Ed Wynn's). Lou really nailed the serious, sympathetic tones.

Thankfully the real murderer steps up and Tobias is free to go, and when he asks Major why he helped him, the man tells him: "Toby, if I had someone with as much faith in me as that little girl's got in you, nothing in this world... could stop me from being the man she believed me to be."

Some drama goes down, a murder by Tobias's own knife so he's convicted but the main guy Major is sure that Tobias is innocent, but can't figure why Toby won't defend himself. "I'm no good, Major. Look at me, I'm just a worthless nobody." Heartbreaking, he doesn't feel his life is worth saving.

it's just a shame that he died so young, he could have had more chances to shine like this, outside of the comedy bits he was so well known for. He plays a tragic character, a drunk vagrant with a heart of gold. His dearest friend is an orphan girl who thinks the world of him, despite his demons.

I recently ran across an old gem from the past; Lou Costello playing a serious role on a classic western show. Lou's remembered for being half of the comedy duo Abbott and Costello, hilarious entertainers but Lou had actually wanted to be a serious actor. He did so well here too,

Just celebrated Zootopia's 10th anniversary by watching 1+2 back to back! Love em both, and Nick is still a muse and a mood hehe

"I'm looking for men!" "I had a feeling..." Got to see one of my fave shows again, loved it! Such a wonderful cast this time around too 💙 In these stressful, trying times, it's nice to escape and laugh for a bit. Enjoy some goofy comedy and relish the fun and diversion.
