25: Favorite Cartoon Technically this should be Rebels S4, but I'm going to give this slot to Aau's Song. The last Star Wars story, set at a time when all wars are finished, but their scars still remain, I adore Aau's themes of healing, understanding, and family. A perfect fairy tale.
18: A Character You Dislike I truly don't care how well he's written, Beilert Valance just having an actual Terminator endoskeleton is profoundly stupid to me, an ur-example of the lack of design imagination that plagues the comics and makes me reject them on an almost biological level. Get out!!
16. Best Costume Tie. AL1-L3 for best complete costume- simply a perfect design that suggests so much history and character, and if I hadn't pretended to be a soccer ball for a calendar year of my life it'd be my top droid. But you know me and jackets; no better jacketed fit in SW than Yellow Luke
15. Share Some Trivia In Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, you'll see little splatters of yellow texturing the walls. This is a huge part of the Batuuan ecology: golden lichen that's harvested as a delicacy by the local population. Its the ingredient that gives the Fuzzy Tauntaun in Oga's Cantina its fizz!
14. Favorite Location Ajan Kloss. I love the way it echoes Yavin and Hoth, I love the visual of the Tantive IV hiding in the cave. The right amount of desperate and adventurous.
13. Most Annoying Character Peli Motto, but that’s the point, of course. But the true most annoying character, also in this GIF, is the character of the dialogue in The Mandalorian. It’s so stiff and awkward. Why would you saddle Amy Sedaris with contraction-less, wooden dialogue like this?
12. Favorite Parody I was just about to put Thumb Wars (“Yes, I have a question: How is it we all have British accents when we’re all from space and there is no Britain?”) when I remembered Tag and Bink, and almost put Tag and Bink when I remembered Aardman actually made the best possible parody:

Uh, Dragon Striker RIPS. Like a sports manga set in Final Fantasy 9, or if Avatar: The Last Airbender had a magical school arc. Its a little silly but an absolutely enormous part of my fandom startes with these ads for the roleplaying game. The notion everybody in Star Wars has a story to tell doesn't start here- that starts with the production design itself, and then the action figure- but its well evoked.
And what a quote to kick off from. Who is she talking about here? Luke and Han? The Rebellion? The answer is... all of Star Wars. This is every story. The call to adventure. Every Star Wars story starts with someone finding themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time. Naturally...
I'll alwayd find it incredible that the first Star Wars character you could have learned the name of was Luke Skywalker- his name was on the cover. The second named character in all of Star Wars is Emperor Palpatine. The second! 1976!! The third is Leia, and she gets the first quotation!
Have you ever read the prologue to Star Wars? Its fascinating. This is the first thing anybody could ever experience about Star Wars- it came out months before the film. In some ways it no longer connects with the Star Wars we know and love, in other ways it absolutely defines it.
Echoes of the original prologue to the novelization of Star Wars. Since before Star Wars was in theaters, Star Wars has been about distrusting greed and the hunger for power.
Seriously though, I just don't know how you can't love Nightcrawler. Especially when he's a pirate!
