Simple, 5% tax on assets over US$50,000,000, just like Liz Warren proposed. Trivial effect on the person being taxed, massive effect on the funding of Infra, schools, roads, and social services from those taxes. Corporate taxes need to go back up, so they're paying a fair share, too.
