Highlights were Spinach Madeline, ham, cornbread dressing, and roasted Brussels sprouts with an orange sauce. Everyone seemed to liked the pomegranite syrup, cranberry sauce, and bread pudding I brought. Pretty good day!

The Baja Blast pie's not too bad. The crust is a tad too sweet and Cool Whip doesn't need to be there, but the filling isn't cloying. The key lime / citrus flavor is tame with a little acidity. What I found most interesting was the cool herb finish. I would make a copy with key lime + basil syrup.
