On the beach at Barneville Carteret with time to take before catching the ferry at 6.30. Tide is out but I found a private spot in the dunes.

A light breeze causing a relative coolness compared to the heat of the day. Central France.
FFFriday - off to the inland today where the winds will be obliterated and warmth will ensue.
Lots of sun today and some sea bathing- very windy though not sandblasted I’m glad to report.
…. And a decent hotel mirror 3rd time lucky for the obligatory selfie….
Not doing too well with the naked stuff but loads of exploring. Waiting for still warm weather.
The Chateaux de Suscinio even had a fifteenth century steam room 😦
Total lack of naked or mirror opportunities as yet so enter sardine heaven with me instead 🐟
Posh lunch in France 😂 (very nice in fact) all my plans changed but hopefully get back on track tonight.
First world problems- up at 4.30 get to ferry and it’s broken down. Mad dash to Portsmouth and have a place on the afternoon sailing to Caen but I’m a bit knackered 😴
Although it’s cooler it’s still warm. If it stays like this I’ll be happy but it looks like we will have to adapt to extreme heatwaves periodically. Stay well.

It’s quite breezy today despite the heat, which is helping. It also helps that I’m not working, but I will be tomorrow!
At a (naked) mates place where we’ve just had a biblical thunderstorm.
After all that the car in the driveway next door belongs to another neighbour helping the place looked occupied.
It’s International Yoga Day today. June 21st. I did a solstice 5 Rhythms in Glastonbury town last night and am pretty achy but a session of yoga should loosen me up.
