So who benefits from astronomical Oil prices? The Saudis, Russia, and the USA. If the oil price rises to 90$/barrel, Russia almost doubles their revenue. Through the Strait of Hormuz, only about 12% of the oil is for europe, the rest Asia. but I am sure our prices will rise much sharper than Asias.
