Out of nowhere, I just got the bizarre hankering to re-watch Peter Brook’s Marat/Sade (1967) starring the glorious Ian Richardson, Glenda Jackson, and Patrick Magee.
Attended a screening last night of La Bamba (1987) with special guest Lou Diamond Phillips. He is a gem. It has been decades since I watched it last and it holds up. I like the energy, the intimacy, and of course the music of this film, along with some very good performances. #filmsky
