For the first time in my entire life I reached the end of a diary/journal. I didn't miss a single day. It was so easy to do and helped me a lot. It made me realise how bad my immediate short term memory is and how jumbled my inner voice is 24-7. Interstitial ADHD journaling is awesome.

Also being able to write full sentences on paper fills me with so much joy 😭

Also your girls handwriting is getting better! 😤❤️

Red poppy has opened and the tallest one fell over so I had to tie it to a stick. These super tall poppies have lots of flower pods waiting to bloom. My veggie progress is slow but steady #gardening
