Inde Navarette is truly amazing in this movie. Her range is limitless and the horror behind what we are witnessing is truly disturbing. Writer/Director Curry Barker brings us one of the most alarming horror films in recent memory. This film should make you very uncomfortable as it reaches the end.

An absolute dud of a movie. With so much promise and potential it is absolutely squandered. There is no real payoff and the plot is way too simple to be effective in anyway. A snooze fest to say the least when they could have done so much more. Skippable in every sense of the word.

Two performers of this stature make The Drama a must watch. It is awkard and very unexpectedly dark in the humor it presents in our most dramatic of moments. Easily two of the most layered and emotionally complex performances of 2026. A very simple and engaging story with layers that need peeling.

One of those movies where if you lower your expectations you can find the soul at the core. The younger upcoming cast provides Kevin Hart with physical comedy that does create good laughs. This film does have some meaningful dialogue as well to help bridge the generational gap and it helps the end.

Kathryn Newton is the reason to tune in and the reason to stay the course. Shark movies are a dime a dozen in 2026 and this one is no different. It sets a frantic tone and basically just goes all out. It definitely uses the setting to their advantage which makes you hope for a positive outcome

MK2 mostly serves to build the larger universe. It does have some really awful CGI at points. The selling point is easily Karl Urban as Johnny Cage. I did campaign for another actor but this is Urban's role now and that is the mark of a good performance. One that completely erases all that doubt.

An absolute gem of a movie. Gosling is terrific in the lead role. Truth be told I was expecting mostly stunning visuals but I was blown away by how well this story was written. Project Hail Mary challenges us to believe in ourselves, cherish comraderie and believe in the impossible. Beautiful film.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is more of the same stunning fun we wanted. It plays around with some new concepts that pay homage to the games. Another wonderful adaptation featuring new additions to the already amazing voice cast. Can't wait to see what they cook up next.

It is noncommittal to being either a full fledged revenge thriller or an absurd dark comedy. The final product anchored by Powell and Qualley suffers due to this decision. The overall story is interesting and Powell is so likable that you find yourself remaining invested despite the hiccups.

FNAF 2 is a step above the first one as the lore is expanded upon. Seeing Matthew Lillard is always a pleasure so that is a massive highlight here. McKenna Grace is also marking herself as a reliable actress in one off horror sequences that are amazing. Overall it was entertaining.

Nicolas Cage is amazing here. He truly handles the witty banter and the heartfelt moments with the veteran presence they deserve. This is a beautiful take on the Spider-Man origin stories with a new time period and new takes on some classic characters. Truly an engaging series from beginning to end.

Good Fortune may not be laugh out loud funny but it relies on layered performances from the three leads. It does have a deeper message about learning to value life no matter what we have. There is a lot more heart and soul than outward laughs and I think overall that makes the film resonate more.

A massive improvement over 28 Years Later. It felt much more like a cohesive build and less like a set up. Fiennes and O'Connell bring their acting chops out in this one and deliver a thrilling final act. It was more of a dystopian drama than an outright horror but still very solid viewing.

Chalamet truly delivers a fantastic performance but the plot does not focus enough to truly captivate me. It feels like Marty pays zero consequences for being an absolutely terrible human being. In some way that payoff felt lacking in a film that truly wanted you to believe in the realism of it all.

McAdams is a revelation in this. She carries the film from beginning to end and it is so much better because of her. The story is simple but honestly that is what we need sometimes. Pure genre entertianment that does not try and do too much.

Gad and Scodelario have a great chemistry that helps you believe in the sibling aspect of this film. Overall the escalating violence feels a bit over the top as the story unfolds. It could have been done with a more subtle touch but it is what it is. An engaging dark comedy with good actors present.

A drama centered one family who has divisive political opinions. Each member has their own role to play in the changing landscape. It mirrors everything we are currently seeing to a tee and provides deliberate commentary. A true reflection of current times and a film I can respect for doing that.

Seyfried and Sweeney carry the tension for most of the movie. While the twist does not exactly come entirely out of left field it still feels well positioned among the plot that is already introduced. I was truly engaged from beginning to end in this thriller. Thanks in large part to the talent.

Meta from beginning to end. Rudd and Black are endlessly comedic and it helps make the film that much more fun. It is definitely not a masterpiece by any means but is a fun little reimagining. The comedy is well timed and the action is top notch. Well done.

What a wild movie this turned out to be. A concoction of different genres rolled into one badass action flick with some solid star power. Proof that all you need is a great concept and a brilliant script. Magic can still happen if you combine ingredients and make something fun out of it all.

It tries to infuse new school and old school investigation tactics. When it is a film about purely proving innocence it has a lot to offer. When it waters down the message about mistakes and the effect they have it becomes preachy. What we needed was a traditional whodunnit with tech mixed in.

Momoa and Bautista pair well together as brothers with opposing characteristics. There is nothing particularly new about the action but the heart of the film is about family and finding strength in those bonds. That aspect works very well.

Zootopia 2 is a beautifully animated follow up. I do think it borrowed too many of the same plot points as the first one to really shine. It is not as immediately memorable as the first one was. Still worth a watch for the younger crowd who will be pleased with the films message.

A small scale story helps make the threat feel more real. Alan Ritchson is a great choice for the lead role. As the film progresses you begin to see that there is a potential way out. There is enough threat credibility to wonder if they will and that is what keeps the film engaging.

The epitome of monster movies and using your atmosphere to your advantage. This film features the best use of sound I think of any film I have ever seen. Crafting the dread based around the slightest of sound ramped up the possibilities. Quickly setting the tone for the unexpected also helped.

Highlighted by an incredible voice cast and stunning visuals, Goat has a strong message for the younger crowd. You can tell it is heavily geared towards today's generation and that is absolutely acceptable. It was fun for all ages. A solid message about learning to promote the strengths of teammates

Pine and Foster are two sides of the same coin. One a hot headed rash decison maker. The other a more methodical planners trying to outsmart the system designed to take everything from them. What we get is a thrilling drama where their trauma catches up to them. What comes next is their decision.

I rewatched this instant classic today. Michael B Jordan is phenomenal as is every cast member. Truly an iconic film. Coogler's writing is crisp and on point. I got to fully appreciate that this time around and immerse myself more in the music. This is a truly breath taking production.

Cregger has a weird obsession with telling a story in parts that don't over lap at first. It hurts his narrative momentum at times, especially here. He had one shot at the big reveal and botched it before all the pieces were in place. Outside of that is very tense and atmospheric.

I liked the family dynamic for Sidney. Building that up was when the film was at the strongest point. Then it came time for the final act and it just completely fell apart. The Ghostface reveal was lacking everything that makes Scream such an iconic franchise. They can definitely do better.
