Horribly right-on feminist, part of the vanguard of female bass players who will (hopefully soon) take over the world. Crazy cat - and dog - lady often found up a mountain or with my head in a bassbin somewhere
Ah, no way. Rest in Power, Jennifer - what a legend. Back in my roadie days, I was lucky enough to spend an afternoon hanging out + drinking with the band at Hellfest, about ten years ago. The band I was working for, was on after them + our dressing rooms were next to each other...
Last week in Bristol, pic taken by my friend leaning out his bedroom window approx 2330hrs
International Rescue Dog Day innit. Such great photos of all your dogs, thank you... Here's my girl, I got her a year ago, happy anniversary you spectacular beast
One more week till I drop some awesome tunes... io live ep 'Live from a Hairy Lounge' coming next Saturday. Recorded in one night by Bristol's finest supergroup - all profits to Bristol Animal Rescue Centre - please standby
This is pretty much my favourite account on Bluesky. Sad to see you go. Current mood....
'Do you know what a nurse said to me? She said WILL YOU LET GO' Thank you, Sir Henry. There's a local connection down here - him + his wife used to own a bar on a boat on Bristol docks called the Old Profanity Showboat, it lives on nowadays as the live music venue The Thekla.
It looks like that Superbowl ad led to a shitstorm, some good news for once...
Hi @bsky.app I'm loving all the posts about wildlife, the natural world + rescue dogs, can you please tell me how to tweak the algorithm so that I don't keep getting posts from weirdos dressed up as dogs talking about doing strange sexual things while pretending to be animals, please + thank you
Glorious video, what a legend. He's brilliant on telly too, taking the mick out of himself in Brian Pern's Life of Rock....
A distant ancestor of Rex the Runt? He's a wiggly squiggly wobbly bobbly - er - dog.
Hi Bobby from Olive, rescued from an animal hoarder here in the UK - looks like we both have a bit of Kangal maybe?
LOVE a derpy lion. here's one of my local favourites - Victoria Park in Bath
I've just found out the hard way that you're meant to back up your iTunes. I've just got a new laptop and while copying everything over from the old one, apparently the data was corrupted + the computer shop lost ALL my music. Over sixty solid days' worth, a five decade collection gone. *pooof*
I've just heard on the old dog and bone it's National Cat Day. Here is the street legend mackerel tabby that is Keith, curled up with his best girl, Olive the Kangal. She's careful not to move & squash him. Both are rescue animals and I'd be lost without them. He's fifteen and she's four years old.
