If you want to make it more complex, you repeat these three steps with different shades The brighter the lighting, the smaller the area The same for the darker areas in the Shading Here you can see I used at least 3 different colours for the Lighting, Blue ambient light, and even for the shade

And last but not least, Pebble. They are a slime collective, but this Pebble has started to behave differently from the others working as guards, which can only be described as becoming their own person. Pebble is Shy, but loyal, and has started to experience their own life in exiting ways~
My Persona, Spider ::,v,::// Tall, lanky, crafty, basically an overexagerrated stand in of myself, Spider, in this world, is the One who knows every nook and cranny of the Academy, and the One taking care of it. His demeanor makes him appear very non-threatening, polite, respectful.
Lazuli, a Dark Elf, Ex-Student at the Academy, now Teacher and Researcher. Her golden scars come from a mishap while experimenting with the magic artifacts she has with her now. She and Rubi also are gfs, which started as a friendship durin Lazuli's studies about Non-human people.
Rubi, a banished Demon. Sick of a demon ruler, she tried to take them down, unsuccessfully. That's how she broke her Horn, and why she was banished. Becoming a Mercenary to survive, she became known for ger Strength and martial prowess, despite her dislike in killing opponents.
Looking at my WIP, i just like to use emulate blending techniques commonly used with actual paint. It will never look like an actual painting, but that's not my goal either. I am having fun doing this, without having to set up a seperate painting space in my room and taking care of even more mess.
