Not easy filling a bucket of cloudberries when I have to compete with two dogs. But I managed.
Ja, er et lag plast utpå men kjernen og koblingen mot øreputene er stål.
Spotted this on LinkedIn. If it is real, it is pretty impressive...
Sun peeking out from behind the clouds, a sheep with her lambs can be heard not too far away, birds singing and insects buzzing around. Otherwise total silence. And I have my first mug of coffee.
The dog and me inside a mountain cabin (not alpine though). Just got the fire going.
Just found this little memory of me and my colleague Ulf in Plomari, Lesbos from 1993. We had our weekly welcome reception for new arrivals on what they could do on the island during their vacation. Every week we swapped which one of us would jump into the pool «to test water temperatures».
I'm heading to my cabin sometime next week - and this is the forecast there... In celsius though.
Lovely walk in a part of the local forest where humans rarely travel. Temperature was cool enough that the dogs really enjoyed themselves
Me and Eamon managed to get 5k before the temperature passed 22C.
Finally cool enough outside for Eamon to really relax in the sofa. #dogsofbluesky
Hyggelig at Arendal kommune informerer meg som aldri har hatt tilknytning til kommunen om vanningsforbud.
«I knew there was something I forgot»😁 Eamon had a lure coursing competition yesterday, so he postpones the morning walk for a more relaxed activity
Eamon is happy that the heatwave has passed and that we now only have normal summer temperatures of around 20C. But he still can’t stay in the sun for too long.
Another day of lure course training. Today was Amman’s first try. And it was so much fun that he had to run back to my wife and tell her about it.
Today was the monthly sighthound gathering. And we had a record of 5 deerhounds, a borzoi and a saluki. Plus a bunch of whippets, but they were in another field. Was rather hot today so not a high-speed play date but still lots of fun for Eamon and his friends.
