A caterpillar attacked my pepper plant and there was only one leaf left and two spindly stems. I dug it up at 12pm yesterday and put it in a grow bag and tucked it under a huge zucchini leaf. By the end of the evening, there were two new leaves coming out on top. By 8am today it looked like this:

The previously described pepper plant, which now has three full leaves, and many, many leaves starting to sprout from each stem coming out of the mulch covered soil. The zucchini leaf, which previously was over the pepper plant is now even with the pepper plant, showing how much it has grown in less than 24 hours. If you are struggling, maybe you need a change of location to flourish?

This blue highlighter loves to smudge everything. 36 mins between writing the black ink and the blue highlighter. The other suggestions were also very good but this is the clear winner.
