I ended up taking this project a bit more seriously than I expected, giving Sugar a few tools to fight back against common heavyweight problems. ...of course, she still has zero recovery, so she's still mostly relying on her tremendous weight to avoid getting knocked off the stage.
needless to say, Sugar would be the heaviest and slowest character in the whole game. however, nearly *all* of her attacks deal massive damage, knockback, or both. also the first person who can guess what the dash attack animation is a reference to wins a prize
