UPDATE: Milestones and extra fees Hi all. Good news/Bad News time. The good news: The first milestone of $900 has been hit! I've also been able to arrange a payment plan in which the remaining cost can be paid in 2 installments, one on December 15th, the next January 15th.

My order has been renewed! It will allow me another year of protection. Bad news: I just got the invoice for September- not even the final bill- and it’s 5,646 dollars. Needless to say that’s a lot of money and I, as a disabled freelance artist, am quaking in my boots.
So, my favorite beach spot to swim and write is on my dad’s lunch in motorcycle route. There’s something so funny about him and his bestie pulling up and hollering. Bestie: Aren’t you working today? Dad: This is her office. Yep- got 2 scripts done in the summer office of Eelsong Studios
There won’t be many more days like this. Best to savor them

One of the things I’ve missed most since surgery is my morning exercise swim. 3 or 4 times a week, I’d get down to the beach by 7 or 8, swim a half mile, and be showered and ready for a 10am meeting. This is the first day I’ve been able to- saw 3 crabs and many little jellies and I feel at peace
Really needed to get away and relax for a bit. We had a marvelous time in Provincetown and I cannot get Vampire Weekend’s Wallcott out of my head. Feeling refreshed and ready to write again!!
I have had cool water and hot sun and the laurels reminded me for another year how lucky it is to be alive. 10/10 birthday
