The displays were nice, but the information...omg... Dinosaurs went extinct because of habitat loss and overhunting?? WHAT I understand the habitat loss (Chicxulub Asteroid was catastrophic), but who hunted them?? Neither early or modern humans existed yet!

Haven't been able to post my adventures due to a mix of being on the road and someplace sleeping (motel or camping). Day before we reached the Grand Tetons (well we tried. A large section of the road was closed off), and then Yellowstone!

I was too busy to text but I'm on my #roadtrip! My dad and I are in Rexburg, ID right now, having a long rest. While getting here we stopped at Twin Falls, ID, then to Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve. The volcanic rock looked very post-apocalyptic, so cool!

My ribs hurt from all the coughing, but luckily I have a doctor appt tomorrow! For New Year's Eve dinner I wanted something simple and could feel a little better, so I cooked up some rice and decided to try this vegetable tikka masala. It was SO GOOD! The smell alone is DIVINE! I want MORE 😋
