Proper PPE is always always gloves when handling uncured resin, and respiratory protection when sanding. If you do need to wash your hands, get some Gojo (the abrasives in it help scrub stickiness away!) and use cold water first so you don’t widen your pores, then go again with warmer (continued)

It's almost time for @animeboston.bsky.social -- so here's my convention thread, kicking off with my set of events I'm running at AB this weekend!

The shape of the rounded one was kind of a nightmare to paint with the alcohol inks (and I REALLY wanted the pearlescent effect) — amazing how some subtle geometry changes made this look WAY BETTER and be WAY SIMPLER to paint!

First pass at the Rugby logo embroidery too! A few small tweaks but I’m super happy w/it overall!

Necklace molds! Not sure which size I’m gonna like better so did one of each.

Calcifer is in his mold cube, the door dial is primed, and my dangle-y bits are sparkling~ 💖

To mimic Howl’s bizarro collection of Knick-knacks hanging from his ceiling, I grabbed a bunch of random beads from my stash, and I’m going to make little drop chains off of the capelet brooches!
